The Zero Lag Stochastic ZLS smoothed indicator is more reactive and provides trading signals earlier than a conventional stochastic oscillator.

Interpretation Rules - Trading Signals
* Purchase signal: Forecasts Bull trend
. If one of the lines Zero Lag Stochastic ZLS crosses down the oversold level, then trades back up this level - Bull trend
. The% K line crosses the% D line upwards and the reading of the indicator is lower than the overbought level - Bull trend
. Divergence bullish: the price is falling (new higher higher) and the Zero Lag Stochastic ZLS oscillator rising (new lower higher). A correction to the rise in price is to be expected.
* Sales signal: Forecast Trend tending
. If one of the lines Zero Lag Stochastic ZLS crosses up the level of overbought, then trades down that level - down trend

The% K line crosses the signal line% D downward and the reading of the indicator is greater than the oversold level - down trend . Divergence bearish: the price is rising (new lower higher) and the Zero Lag oscillator Stochastic ZLS down (new higher higher). A downward correction in price is to be expected.
